EXHIBIT HALL:  measures 72’x54′. Heated and Air Conditioned with Bathrooms and a kitchen included.
$1000 PER DAY/500 DEPOSIT

COURTS CLEVELAND SHOW BARN:  Building measures 150×160 with bleachers and bathrooms included.
$1000 PER DAY/$600 DEPOSIT
SHOW BARN WITH CONCESSIONS:
$1200 PER DAY/$800 DEPOSIT
 

  • Reservations shall be made through the Vice President or their designee at 817-964-2212.

  • A completed rental contract with paid deposit is required to reserve all dates.

  • Full payment shall be made seven (7) days prior to the event.

  • Standard Building Rental Comes with 12 Tables and 84 Chairs
